How you climb

Gifts become diamonds. Diamonds move you up.

There is exactly one way to climb: your fans. No streaks, no daily quests, no pay-to-rank.

💎

Earn diamonds

Every gift fans send you, during your lives and on your posts, earns you diamonds toward this week's total.

📆

Monday to Monday

The League week runs Monday to Monday and closes at 00:00 UTC. Everything is decided once, at that close.

⬆️

Beat it, take it

Beat a higher fleet's threshold in any week and you are promoted to that fleet at the weekly close. No waiting periods.

🚀

Jump multiple fleets

Big week? You can jump several fleets at once. Earn 12,000 diamonds as a Bronze Anchor and you close the week in Sapphire Fleet.

How you stay

Safe Harbor: one bad week never sinks a captain.

Most platforms punish a slow week instantly. Helm is forgiving by design. Here is the entire demotion rule, and it is gentler than you think.

📏

Your hold line

To hold your fleet you only need half its entry floor. Silver Compass holds at 250 weekly diamonds, Gold Helm at 1,250, Sapphire Fleet at 5,000, Diamond Armada at 25,000.

One soft week: Safe Harbor

Finish one week below your hold line and you enter Safe Harbor. Nothing happens. You keep your fleet, your ring, and every perk.

📉

Two soft weeks: one step down

Only two soft weeks in a row drop you, and you drop exactly one fleet, never more. One decent week resets Safe Harbor completely.

🛡️

Bronze never demotes

Bronze Anchor is home port. There is nothing below it, no penalty box, and no way to lose your place on Helm.

What each fleet unlocks

Four perks, all real, all published.

Every fleet perk is listed here. There are no secret multipliers and no invite-only tiers.

Profile ring colorYour ring shows your fleet everywhere on Helm: bronze, silver, gold, sapphire, or diamond. It is stable all week.
Bigger Gift GalleryThe Gift Gallery is a weekly showcase on your profile. Each gift slot shows the profile picture of that gift's top giver, and any other fan can steal the slot by sending more of that gift. Higher fleets unlock more slots.
Creator split boostYour current fleet adds percentage points to your payout split: +1 in Silver Compass, +2 in Gold Helm, +4 in Sapphire Fleet, +10 in Diamond Armada. The bonus follows the fleet you hold each week, and the total split is always capped at 75%.
Discover LIVE priorityHigher fleets are weighted higher in the Discover LIVE ordering, so climbing the Leagues puts your stream in front of more new fans.
FleetSplit boostExample: Deckhand base 50%
Bronze Anchor+050%
Silver Compass+151%
Gold Helm+252%
Sapphire Fleet+454%
Diamond Armada+1060%

Boosts stack on top of your lifetime rank bonus, and the total is always capped at 75%. Only an Admiral (+15 lifetime) holding Diamond Armada (+10) reaches the cap. Full formula below in The road from 50% to 75%.

Weekly rankings

Inside every fleet, the fans' game.

Fleets are the creator's ladder. Weekly rankings are the room's.

🏆

Monday-reset leaderboard

Every fleet has its own weekly leaderboard. You rank against creators in your fleet, not the whole platform, and it resets every Monday.

🥇

Top gifter chips

The top gifters in a live earn the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 chips in live chat and the corner cluster. Everyone in the room sees who carries the crew.

🤺

Fans climb the room

Gifting is how fans climb the room: hold a Gift Gallery slot, wear a chip, get named in chat. Every gift moves both the fan's rank and the creator's diamonds.

🚢

Communities rally

When a creator is close to the next fleet, the whole community can push them over the line together. Promotion night becomes an event.

Payout transparency

The road from 50% to 75%.

One published formula decides every creator's cut: effective split = 50 base + lifetime rank bonus + weekly fleet bonus, capped at 75%. Here are both ladders in full, with nothing left out.

Ladder 1: lifetime rank (permanent, earned over your career)

Lifetime rankLifetime diamonds earnedRoughly this much fan giftingBonus
Deckhand0Everyone starts here+0
Navigator100,000About $2,000+3
First Mate500,000About $10,000+6
Captain2,500,000About $50,000+10
Admiral10,000,000About $200,000+15

Ladder 2: weekly fleet bonus (held, defended by your community)

Current fleetWeekly diamonds to enterBonus while held
Bronze AnchorEveryone starts here+0
Silver Compass500+1
Gold Helm2,500+2
Sapphire Fleet10,000+4
Diamond Armada50,000+10

Worked examples

A brand-new Deckhand in Bronze Anchor earns the base 50%. A Navigator holding Gold Helm this week earns 50 + 3 + 2 = 55%. A Captain holding Sapphire Fleet earns 50 + 10 + 4 = 64%. An Admiral holding Diamond Armada earns 50 + 15 + 10 = 75%, the cap. That top split is intentional: it can only be reached by an Admiral whose community holds Diamond Armada, and it must be defended every single week.

The fleet bonus is held, not owned. If your community lets the fleet slip, the bonus goes down with it at the weekly close (Safe Harbor rules apply, so one soft week never costs you anything). Your lifetime rank never goes down.

The integrity part, in plain English: there are no hidden fees. The split applies to your diamond payouts, the minimum payout threshold is 5,000 diamonds, and the math above is the same for every creator on Helm. Nothing is negotiated in private, and your earnings page shows your rank, your fleet, each bonus, and your effective split so you can check our work.

Leagues questions

The whole rulebook, answered.

What are Helm Leagues?
Helm Leagues have two layers. Your Fleet is your stable weekly rank: everyone starts at Bronze Anchor and climbs to Silver Compass at 500 weekly diamonds, Gold Helm at 2,500, Sapphire Fleet at 10,000, and Diamond Armada at 50,000. Inside every fleet there is also a weekly leaderboard that resets each Monday. Fleets unlock real perks: your profile ring color, a bigger Gift Gallery, a payout split boost of up to +10 percentage points (total split always capped at 75%), and priority placement in Discover LIVE.
What are diamonds and how do I earn them?
Diamonds are the score behind Leagues. Every gift a fan sends you, during your lives and on your posts, earns you diamonds. The more your fans gift in a week, the more weekly diamonds you collect, and your weekly diamond total decides which fleet you sail in.
When does the League week start and end?
The League week runs Monday to Monday, closing at 00:00 UTC. Promotions, Safe Harbor checks, and demotions are all decided once, at that weekly close. Weekly rankings inside your fleet reset at the same moment.
How do promotions work?
Beat a higher fleet's diamond threshold in any week and you are promoted to that fleet when the week closes on Monday at 00:00 UTC. For example, earn 500 or more weekly diamonds as a Bronze Anchor and you sail into Silver Compass at the close.
Can I skip fleets?
Yes. Promotions are based purely on the thresholds you beat. If a Bronze Anchor creator earns 12,000 diamonds in one week, they jump straight past Silver Compass and Gold Helm into Sapphire Fleet at the Monday close. You can climb as many fleets in one week as your diamonds earn.
How do demotions work, and what is Safe Harbor?
Demotion is forgiving by design. Every fleet has a hold line equal to half its entry floor, for example 250 weekly diamonds in Silver Compass. Finish one week below your hold line and you enter Safe Harbor: a grace week where nothing happens. Only two soft weeks in a row drop you, and you drop exactly one fleet, never more. Bronze Anchor never demotes. One bad week never sinks a captain.
Do I lose my Gift Gallery when I change fleets?
No. Your Gift Gallery stays with you; only its size follows your fleet. A promotion adds slots, and a demotion trims the gallery to the new fleet's size. The showcase itself refreshes weekly regardless of fleet changes, since it always displays the current week's top givers.
How does the split boost math work?
Your effective split is 50 base + lifetime rank bonus + weekly fleet bonus, capped at 75%. The fleet you hold this week adds: +1 in Silver Compass, +2 in Gold Helm, +4 in Sapphire Fleet, and +10 in Diamond Armada. Worked example: a Deckhand on the base 50% who sails in Sapphire Fleet earns 50 + 0 + 4 = 54% on every gift that week, and a Navigator holding Gold Helm earns 50 + 3 + 2 = 55%. The cap means the boost never pushes anyone past 75%.
Exactly how do I get from 50% to 75%?
Step by step. Everyone starts at the 50% base. Over your career you earn a permanent lifetime rank from total diamonds earned: Navigator at 100,000 lifetime diamonds adds +3, First Mate at 500,000 adds +6, Captain at 2,500,000 adds +10, and Admiral at 10,000,000 adds +15. Each week, the fleet your community holds adds more: +1 in Silver Compass, +2 in Gold Helm, +4 in Sapphire Fleet, +10 in Diamond Armada. Only one combination reaches the top: an Admiral whose community holds Diamond Armada that week, 50 + 15 + 10 = 75%. Your rank is yours forever; the fleet must be re-earned with your crew every week.
Is the split ladder a gimmick?
No. The formula is published on this page in full: 50 base + lifetime rank + weekly fleet bonus, capped at 75%. It applies to every creator identically, with no private deals and no negotiated rates. You can verify it yourself from your earnings page, which shows your lifetime rank, your current fleet, each bonus, and the effective split applied to your payouts.
What do fans get out of Leagues?
Leagues are the fans' game too. Gifting is how fans climb the room: the top gifters in each live earn the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 chips in live chat and the corner cluster, and the top giver of each gift holds that gift's slot in the creator's Gift Gallery until another fan steals it by sending more. Communities rally behind their creator to push them into the next fleet together.
Do Leagues affect discovery?
Yes. Higher fleets are weighted higher in the Discover LIVE ordering, so climbing the Leagues puts your streams in front of more new viewers. It is one of the four locked fleet perks, alongside your ring color, a bigger Gift Gallery, and the payout split boost.
Where do new creators start?
Everyone starts at Bronze Anchor. There are no placement matches and no buy-ins: your first week of gifts starts earning diamonds immediately, and if you beat a higher fleet's threshold in your very first week, you are promoted at the Monday close like anyone else.
Does my ring change during the week?
No. Your fleet is stable for the whole week, so your ring color, profile chip, and Gift Gallery size hold steady from Monday to Monday no matter how the week is going. Fleet changes only happen at the weekly close, Monday 00:00 UTC.
